Every now and again something comes along that alters the way you look at the universe.
For instance, did you know that at no point in 'Humpty Dumpty' does it mention he's an egg!? No wonder it was so bloody hard to put him back together!
And if that wasn't mindblowing enough, we then discover than you can combine flour and ice cream to make bread...
After a thorough investigation, it turns it's true. Take your favourite flavour of ice cream, throw in some flour, whack it in the oven, and bingo! Ice cream bread is born. And about time too.
Prep time: 45 minutes
- 2 cups Ice cream (any flavour)
- 1.5 cups Self raising flour
First up, put two cups of ice cream (any flavour) into a mixing bowl. Add one and a half cups of self raising flour and mix until all the flour is moistened.
Place the mixture into a greased bread tin, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C.
Leave it to cool, before tucking in to the magic ice creamy-bready-cakey goodness. You're welcome.
