This Instagram tackles mental health stigma in a powerful way

Mental health and social media have turned out to be a perfect pairing in the last few years, particularly when it comes to battling stigma.

While the #timetotalk campaign's been a great success on Twitter, Instagrammers have been doing something a little different.

One Instagram account suitably called letstalkaboutmentalhealth, by creative duo Jessica Walsh (of Sagmeister and Walsh) and designer Timothy Goodman, uses striking illustrations and personal stories about mental health - and the effect is powerful.

With just 16 posts so far, it already has 8007 followers, which is pretty self explanatory.
